TCG EAGLE FEATHER FUND is seeking a Limited Partner to fund the required equity in a series of real estate acquisitions. The FUND intends to acquire 15 to 25 properties comprising approximately $4 billion in total value. The first year projected cash-on-cash yield is 10%.
*TCG EAGLE FEATHER FUND have access to a private lender at 1% annually interest rate only up to 10 years.
