The Fund aims to acquire 15 to 25 NPLs and distressed assets, totaling approximately $8 billion in appraised value, with a first-year projected cash-on-cash yield of 10%.

Eagle Feather Capital Partners has secured access to a private lender offering a 1%-3% annual interest rate for up to 10 years, enhancing our ability to capitalize on opportunities from distressed borrowers and property owners.
